Connecting disciples of His Holiness Jayapataka Swami
A man goes to the barber to get his hair and beard done.
As the barber begins his work, they start to have a good conversation.
They speak of many things and various subjects.
When finally the subject of God takes on, the barber said:
"I don’t believe that God exists."
Why do you say this? "Asks the customer."
Well, just go out on the street and you realize that God does not exist.
Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick people?
Would there be so many abandoned children?
If God existed, there would be neither suffering nor pain.
I cannot imagine a loving God who would allow all of these things. "
The customer thinks for a moment, but does not respond in order to avoid a discussion.
